Our culinary artists prioritize taste as much as aesthetics. As your private chef, we’ll come to your home or private venue with groceries, cooking gear, and your custom menu in tow, ready to wow your guests with a delicious meal that caters to their favorites.

You reach out to inquire about your event date — what a delight! We’ll reply quickly with our availability, to gather more information, and to answer your questions. Many find a brief phone call to be helpful, too.

You’ll sign a digital contract and submit a non-refundable $200 deposit to officially hold your date on our calendar and book with Fetching Fox. Let the fun begin!

Our design work always begins with understanding you better. Once we know your style and event plans, we’ll use mood boards, custom menus and other tools to design your perfect day.

One month before your event, we’ll check in to confirm final details like guest headcount, your floral order, and arrival times. Your remaining balance is also due at this time.
